About the Founder

I founded St. Lawrence Properties, LLC on three basic principals: Honesty Integrity Dedication I have always had a passion for Real Estate. When I entered the Real Estate industry I did it long before I became a Broker. I entered as Contractor, helping homeowners improve their homes. From Cabinet Making to Framing and Excavating. I have always offered advice as to what is best for the homeowner and helped them weigh it against what the improvements would do for the homes value. When I became a Real Estate Agent, I found that the only thing Buyers and Sellers were being offered was was help with Buying and Selling. Sounds silly right? What else would there be? But, not everyone should Buy and not everyone should Sell. Just like; not every home improvement project increases a homes value. We will never make a decision for you, but we will help you find the answers that are Right for You! I am proud to say that I have counseled many people out of Buying and Selling. Why am I proud of this? Because that means that I have upheld our core principals and did right by the client, even when it meant a lost sale for my company. I honestly believe that doing Right by our clients, Setting their needs above our own is not only part of our Code of Ethics, it is the backbone of every successful company that has made an impact in a community.
